Job description ：
Reagent R&D Engineer (Immunoassay, Basic Research Direction).
Responsible for the development of new products for chemiluminescence reagents, optimization and upgrade iterations of already launched projects, as well as addressing systemic and difficult issues encountered during the development process.
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for conducting research on relevant project background information, technical literature, and other related information;
2. Participate in the screening of raw materials, research on processes and reaction systems, and design of product development test plans.
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree or above, major in biology, medicine, laboratory, pharmacy, chemistry or related fields;
2. Possess experience in developing luminescent products, excellent learning and hands-on abilities, and communication and expression skills;
3. Possess independent thinking and innovation abilities, with broad thinking;
4. Serious and responsible, down-to-earth and hardworking, with a sense of teamwork.
