Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for the research and development of wet electronic chemical formulas, conducting in-depth technical analysis of feasible solutions to established goals, proposing solutions, and conducting experiments to achieve technological breakthroughs from 0 to 1;
2. Deeply involved in product scaling, responsible for the production process, process stability evaluation and control of new products from pilot testing to mass production introduction stage, leading the solution of key issues in the scaling up process, and achieving batch stability from 1 to N.
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree or above, with a preference for majors in chemistry, materials, chemical engineering, etc., and more than 3 years of work experience in high-purity electronic chemical materials;
2. Having successful experience in product research and development, mass production, etc., leading the successful mass production of the products developed;
3. Have good safety awareness and advocate and practice high standards of EHS behavior in daily work.
