Job description ：
Job responsibilities. 1. Project initiation and tracking management throughout the project process. Continuously streamline and optimize the project management process, establish systems, mechanisms, and procedures, and improve the team’s research and development efficiency and capabilities;
2. Research and evaluation of new products, processes, and materials (substitute materials), incubation of new projects and products within the company, and realization of research and development results transformation;
3. Management of intellectual property rights, conducting industry competitor analysis, intellectual property analysis, and patent search work;
4. Other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job requirements.
1. Major in science and engineering, with a doctoral degree; (Materials, Physics, Optics, Electronics, Chemistry and other professional directions), interested in the electronics and optoelectronic industries;
2. Priority will be given to candidates with work experience in the optoelectronic industry
3. This position accepts current and previous doctoral graduates
