Job content.
1. Responsible for solar cell process technology and process management, as well as battery process integration
2. The job responsibilities include battery process optimization, technical research and organizational optimization, and enhancing competitiveness
3. Complete research and development tasks on time and with quality, and achieve various performance goals;
Job requirements.
1. Major in physics, new energy science and engineering, or photovoltaic related majors, with a doctoral degree or above and a solid theoretical foundation;
2. Strong innovation and communication skills, proactive work attitude, and good teamwork spirit;
3. Strong sense of responsibility, high work efficiency, ability to withstand pressure, good teamwork and independent work skills.
