Job Responsibilities.
1. Conduct technical research related to new polymer products
2. Guide the pilot scale and process optimization of new products
3. Writing invention patents, project application materials, etc
4. Research and track industry technological progress
Qualifications for the position.
1. PhD graduate, majoring in leather, polymer chemistry, fine chemical engineering, etc.;
2. Possess good professional knowledge foundation and basic experimental ability;
3. Strong sense of responsibility, good initiative, strong learning ability, and passion for research and development work;
4. Experience in polymer research is preferred.
