1、 Job requirements.
(1) Professional requirements.
①- Polymer, chemistry, materials science- Both recent and previous doctoral graduates are eligible.
②- Mechanical majors (with a basic understanding of finite element analysis) are suitable for both recent and previous doctoral graduates.
(2) Is there research and development of glue (adhesive)- Or Research and development related to thin films- Priority;
(3) Mechanical majors with expertise in finite element analysis and proficiency in using Abaqus software are preferred.
2、 Candidates related to the following projects or research directions are preferred.
(1) The performance of pressure-sensitive adhesive PSA has been further improved;
(2) LCD coating and testing analysis;
(3) Coating and testing analysis of anti glare, anti scratch and reflective functional coatings;
(4) Research on Ra performance of car mounted polarizing film;
(5) Research on laser power cutting performance;
