Job description ：
1. Doctoral degree in microelectronics, physics, chemistry, materials science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, software engineering, and related majors;
2. Familiar with CVD growth technology, especially semiconductor epitaxial growth technology, such as SIC, GaN, GaAs, AIN and other compound materials research experience is preferred.
3. Understand common thin film characterization methods and have the ability to independently analyze data and make judgments.
4. Able to complete daily communication, literature reading, translation, and writing.
5. Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, with a strong sense of responsibility.
