Job Responsibilities
1. Development of advanced packaging new technologies. Conduct new product and process research and development based on the company’s development needs;
2. Lead the technical team to solve the company’s product technical problems and achieve the improvement and enhancement of existing packaging technology;
3. Daily management of R&D projects. including research and evaluation, experimental design and validation, data analysis and report writing, resource coordination, and project summary, etc.;
4. Write patent, thesis, and project application documents to assist in achieving the company’s intellectual property, thesis, and project application targets;
5. Tasks assigned by other leaders;
Job requirements
1. Doctoral degree, majoring in microelectronics, optoelectronics, chemistry, physics, semiconductors, packaging, electronics, materials science and other engineering disciplines;
2. Have a solid theoretical foundation and professional knowledge, strong research ability and dedication, and be able to independently conduct research projects;
3. Possess good logical thinking, communication skills, innovation ability, and teamwork spirit, with a strong interest in research and development work;
4. Have a certain ability to withstand pressure and overcome challenges. Strong adaptability and learning ability, able to quickly adapt to new environments, master new skills, and become familiar with new jobs.
