Job description ：
Research and development work in the field of permanent magnet synchronous motors;
Motor body research and development design (electromagnetic, structural, CAE, vibration and noise, thermal management);
Motor control research and development (software, hardware);
Robot development (artificial intelligence algorithms, structures);
Welfare. 2-bedroom dormitory, company cafeteria (card payment), six insurances and two funds. five insurances and one fund to be paid upon joining the company, enterprise annuity to be paid after the probation period, and gift shopping cards to be distributed during the Chinese New Year and holidays by the labor union;
Probationary period. Six months, assessment will be conducted at the end of the probationary period, and salary will be adjusted based on performance;
