Job description ：
Professional technical requirements.
1. Master’s graduates with a doctoral degree or above and relevant work experience are all eligible for consideration;
2. Majors related to chemical engineering, inorganic chemistry, environmental engineering, etc.;

Duty.
1. Familiar with the production process, principles, and prices of common environmental improvement chemical products, and conduct supplier evaluation and screening;
2. Based on market demand, engage in the development of product formulas for aquatic or livestock environmental improvement agents, including substrate improvement agents (oxidants), water quality improvement agents (flocculants), composite disinfection oxidants, etc., and collaborate with the marketing team to validate the products;
3. Develop dosage forms (powders, tablets, and pastes) of chemical environmental improvement agents based on market demand to enhance product usability. And cooperate with the production factory to carry out process amplification and debugging;
4. Real time monitoring of the development status of market competitors, effective product lifecycle management of existing products, timely upgrading and optimization, and enhancing product competitiveness.
