Job requirements.
1. Research and application of organic silicon/polyurethane adhesives;
2. Doctoral training direction. positions such as project leader/senior R&D engineer/technical support engineer
Qualifications for the position.
1. PhD degree in polymer materials, inorganic non-metallic materials, materials science, chemical engineering and other related majors, including students graduating from the 23 and 22 classes;
2. Outgoing personality, strong planning, organizing, communication, and coordination skills, agile thinking, and good overall quality;
3. Having a sense of teamwork, being positive and proactive, and possessing a strong learning spirit;
4. Has good organizational skills, social communication skills, and writing abilities.
