Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for the daily management, supervision, and coordination of the R&D department;
2. Guide the formulation of product requirements, develop product development plans, divide development goals and member tasks for each stage;
3. Coordinate resources among various departments of the company, organize and carry out chip design work, and provide guarantees for the normal progress of product development;
4. Evaluate the current level of technology, develop technology development plans, and reserve technical resources;
5. Analyze and make decisions on major technical issues;
6. Provide advice to business departments and clients, maintain good communication with business departments;
7. Recruiting department members.
Job requirements.
1. PhD degree, with 5-10 years or more of relevant work experience; Having experience in research and development related to lithium iron phosphate
2. Has good communication and expression skills, strong technical abilities, and excellent problem-solving skills;
3. Having rich R&D experience and familiarity with the entire R&D process;
