Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
Development, online optimization, and clinical application research of in vitro diagnostic reagents (in the fields of immunology, coagulation, and molecular diagnostics).
1. Develop new products for in vitro diagnostic reagents, complete formulation development, design conversion, clinical performance research, and registration approval work;
2. Assist in building a technical platform for diagnostic reagents, including a raw material development platform and a bioinformatics analysis platform;
3. Develop or pre research new reagent processes or detection technologies, or optimize existing reagent processes;
4. Fully explore the demand for reagents or deeply identify technical issues, lead the development of new products or iterate and upgrade existing products, and launch products with market competitiveness;
5. Collaborate with clinical experts or researchers at home and abroad to conduct research, jointly apply for research projects, and complete literature writing and publication;
6. Collaborate with domestic and foreign hospitals or research institutions to conduct clinical performance evaluation or application research of diagnostic reagents.
Qualifications for the position.
1. PhD degree, major in biology, chemistry, laboratory medicine and other related fields;
2. Proficient in basic theories and experimental techniques related to molecular biology, biochemistry, or immunology, with good literature review and summarization abilities, and strong independent experimental design and result analysis abilities;
3. Having passed the CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency test, with good English reading and writing skills;
4. Have good communication and expression skills, as well as teamwork or cross organizational collaboration abilities;
5. Have a good sense of self motivation, focus on results orientation, and have good stress resistance.
Preferred conditions.
1. Engaged in research related to IVD during the study period, collaborated on research projects with IVD companies, or had internship experience in IVD companies;
2. Published multiple scientific research papers, especially in internationally renowned journals;
3. Having good English communication skills and overseas study or exchange experience;
4. Those who have successfully applied for research funds or research projects.
