Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for the team building, operation, and daily management of the company’s Shanghai R&D center;
2. Responsible for the research and development of multifunctional co extruded films such as new energy films, new display polymer films, and functional modified polymer materials;
3. Responsible for conducting research and development on raw materials, technology, market, equipment, and other aspects related to the project, completing the company’s required research and development tasks, and reporting the team’s research and development progress on time;
4. Responsible for providing professional knowledge and experimental operation training to R&D team members; Analyze the problems encountered during the R&D process and provide feasible guidance;
5. Responsible for the preparation and revision of technical documents related to project patents, project applications, etc; Responsible for organizing project process data, database updates, document templates, project phase summaries, papers, and other materials in accordance with R&D management standards;
6. Responsible for the design and development of new products, as well as the preparation and review of relevant technical materials, providing technical support for product mass production.
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree. I have relevant research experience in the synthesis, modification, processing and application of polymer materials, and have a deep theoretical foundation in polymer theory. I am proficient in the relationship between the structure and properties of polymer materials;
2. More than 6 years of experience in R&D management in well-known domestic and foreign enterprises, with the ability to independently or lead teams to complete major R&D projects or project incubation;
3. Priority will be given to those with the following experience.
① Experience in the synthesis, modification, and processing of special polymers such as fluorinated chlorinated polymers, LCP, PI, TPU, PA, PEN, etc., especially functional films involving these polymers are preferred;
② Experience in synthesizing and modifying functional polymers such as polymer masterbatch, interface compatibilizers, and special adhesives;
③ Experience in functional thin films or multi-layer co extruded films in related fields such as new energy, 5G communication industry, electronic components, etc.;
④ Bring innovative projects that can be incubated.
