Job description ：
1. Machine scheduling, program inspection, and daily maintenance of machines;
2. Epitaxial structure matching, concentration monitoring and adjustment;
3. Monitoring and adjusting the uniformity of product performance;
4. Experimental film processing, inventory processing;
5. Mo source related testing, review, new material import review, etc;
6. Data analysis, anomaly investigation, production coordination;
7. Product performance improvement and engineering change process;
8. Writing and revising process related documents.
Job requirements.
1. PhD or above, related to optoelectronics and physics;
2. Solid semiconductor and material epitaxial theory;
3. Strong hands-on ability;
4. Have knowledge in technical management, quality management (including MSA, FMEA, SPC, etc.), and other related areas
