1. Lead or participate in project research and development, as well as the application for scientific research projects;
2. Responsible for or involved in the development of research and development project work plans and budgets, responsible for or involved in project implementation and budget execution;
3. Provide technical support for the production process, trial sales process, and new product launch;
4. Responsible for or participate in pilot and small-scale trial production work, responsible for or participate in the technical, market research, and promotion work of pilot and trial production products in the early stage of the project;
5. Complete the daily technical service work arranged by the department head.
Job requirements.
1. Graduate degree, doctoral or postdoctoral degree is preferred;
2. Major in chemistry or chemical engineering related fields;
3. Familiar with commonly used laboratory instruments and equipment, proficient in organic chemistry and polymer chemistry experimental skills, familiar with polymer material testing and characterization methods, able to independently or collaboratively carry out research and development work on polymer functional material products;
4. Possess certain abilities in reading and writing English professional materials, proficient in using computers and commonly used office software;
5. Possess good logical thinking ability and good written and oral expression skills;
6. Possess good teamwork spirit and hardworking spirit, with good conduct;

7. Those with excellent conditions can be appointed as senior researchers.
Salary and benefits.
