Job Description.
1. Design formulas and test adjustments to meet project requirements;
2. Develop new products based on market demand;
3. Assist sales personnel in resolving product technical issues;
4. Complete other tasks assigned by company leaders.
Job requirements.
1. With a postgraduate or doctoral degree or above, majoring in polymer/applied chemistry/organic chemistry/chemistry or related fields (acceptable for applicants);
2. Proficient in using various optical, mechanical, and chemical analysis instruments;
3. Able to handle high-intensity work, possess team spirit, and strong sense of responsibility;
4. Have a solid foundation of professional theoretical knowledge.
