Job description :
Job Responsibilities.
1. Research and development of new products and processes. design simulation of new products, process implementation, and organization and analysis of experimental results;
2. Develop new product and process technology documents; Small and pilot scale testing of new products and processes;
3. Write patents and establish independent intellectual property rights.
Qualifications for the position.
1. PhD or above, major in physics, microelectronics, optoelectronics, electronic information or related fields;
2. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in semiconductor materials and device processes;
3. Has a good sense of teamwork and communication skills.
