Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for researching optoelectronic encapsulation technology for high-speed optical interfaces;
2. Responsible for the design and testing verification of optoelectronic devices;
2. Responsible for evaluating and implementing optoelectronic sealing technology based on 2.5D/3D/FO and other technical solutions;
3. Responsible for applying for vertical projects related to technical directions and undertaking research tasks.
Qualifications for the position.
1. PhD student, majoring in optoelectronics, communication and information systems, electronic science and technology, and other related fields;
2. Familiar with the principle of active optoelectronic devices, with experience in optoelectronic device design simulation, chip fabrication, testing, etc;
3. Familiar with semiconductor processing and manufacturing technology, proficient in the characteristics of four group or III-V semiconductor materials;
4. Be able to systematically summarize research and development results and form scientific research reports or scientific papers.
