Job description :
Job Responsibilities.
(1) Responsible for separating beneficial microorganisms or algae that are adapted to different aquaculture water bodies, and building an environmental microbial database and strain library or algal species library;
(2) Responsible for isolating beneficial microorganisms that are adapted to livestock and ruminant environments, and building an environmental microbial database and strain library; Management and updating of environmental microbial databases, strain libraries, and algal species libraries;
(3) Responsible for building an environmental improvement competitive analysis platform to study the basic characteristics of beneficial microorganisms and plankton adapted to different aquaculture water bodies. Research on excellent competitors and basic characteristics of beneficial microorganisms that can adapt to different livestock and ruminant environments;
(4) Responsible for screening environmental microorganisms for pilot and large-scale transformation on the production platform, and outputting production standards for bacterial strains; Follow up on the project development progress of team members and provide timely resources to achieve project goals; Cultivate the professional abilities of team members, provide timely guidance and guidance to help them grow continuously.
Qualifications for the position.
(1) Doctoral degree, major in microbiology or environmental science, and master’s graduates with relevant work experience are all eligible for consideration;
(2) Familiar with the breeding mode, economic benefits, physiology, biochemistry, and habits of mainstream aquaculture species in this type of water body;
(3) Familiar with the characteristics and applications of different microbial strains, as well as the transformation processes and procedures of different microorganisms, possessing the ability to produce and transform microbial strains;
(4) Familiar with conventional water quality analysis methods, establish standard analysis processes and platform facilities, possess excellent research and development and project management capabilities, as well as good judgment, decision-making, planning, and execution abilities;
(5) Having a systematic research and development approach and advanced management concepts, familiar with environmental microbiology research; Microbial isolation and cultivation ability, microbial function determination, and microbial fermentation process.
