Project Management.
1. Conduct preliminary research on the project and complete the research report
2. Develop an overall technical plan for the project, establish project development milestones, and ensure the smooth progress of the project
3. Develop work plans and achieve annual and quarterly task goals
4. Coordinate the responsible persons of each functional module of the project and complete the task allocation of the project
5. Establish a project communication and coordination mechanism to provide timely feedback on project progress, issues, and improvement measures
6. Regularly submit project progress reports
Technical management.
1. Regularly understand the development and changes of the industry, market, competitors, and customers, and collect cutting-edge technology development trends
2. Investigate and research the relevant technical solutions of the project to ensure the accuracy of the technical roadmap
3. Development of relevant new technologies required for organizing and carrying out projects
4. Coordinate with relevant departments to conduct technical discussions and determine technical improvement plans for technical issues that arise during the project progress
5. Engage in technical communication with clients, provide sample delivery and technical support for project related products
Team management.
1. Responsible for building the project team and ensuring the smooth progress of the project
2. Responsible for assessing the work performance of subordinate employees and distributing performance-based compensation
3. Responsible for supervising, guiding, and randomly inspecting the work of subordinates, and providing suggestions
intellectual property right
1. Investigate and organize relevant patents, evaluate the patent risks of project products being launched into the market, and conduct risk elimination
2. Submit patent proposals for new technologies and solutions generated during the project process to form patent protection
Job requirements.
1. PhD degree, with English reading and writing skills, able to independently read professional technical materials such as English literature and generate summary reports;
2. Doctoral research and publication of papers related to semiconductor laser chips;
3. Familiar with the relevant principles, design, production process, and performance testing of GaAs/InP based optoelectronic chips (edge emitting lasers, VCSEL);
4. Solid theoretical knowledge in semiconductor physics, optics, thermodynamics, and electronics;
5. Familiar with 2-3 simulation software, able to simulate optical, thermal, electrical, mechanical and other aspects of devices;
