Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for project management and promotion of research and development projects related to in vitro diagnostics;
2. Responsible for the establishment, design, technical breakthroughs, performance verification and improvement, clinical sample verification, production conversion, registration inspection, clinical research, preparation of R&D materials for registration, and response to regulatory testing of routine IVD R&D projects;
3. Responsible for writing and modifying relevant R&D documents, including SOPs, main application materials, regular R&D summary reports, key product promotion materials, external project application materials, etc;
4. Collaborative production, quality management, marketing, inspection and other departments carry out research and development related work on products;
5. Responsible for establishing and training the R&D team in charge;
6. Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.
Skill requirements.
1. PhD graduates in biology, medicine, and laboratory science, with 3-5 years of relevant work experience;
2. Proficient in commonly used molecular biology techniques, especially first generation sequencing, high-throughput sequencing, and various PCR technologies;
3. Familiar with medical molecular detection technologies such as tumors;
4. Familiar with the R&D process of in vitro diagnostic products, preparation of R&D materials, and registration application process;
5. Excellent project management and promotion skills, as well as a good grasp of field dynamics;
6. Priority consideration will be given to those with experience in leading enzyme dry chemistry research and development; Priority consideration will be given to several high-quality SCI papers that have been published; Priority will be given to those with other in vitro diagnostic product development resources.
