Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Assist the director of the research institute in formulating the strategy/plan for the use of Chinese herbal medicine in the animal medicine, Chinese herbal medicine, and food sectors of the group based on the overall strategy of the group, and be responsible for the proposal and approval of new Chinese herbal medicine projects; Organize and carry out the construction of management systems and systems for traditional Chinese medicine projects;
2. Organize and carry out the construction of talent and technical teams for traditional Chinese medicine teams; Regularly organize regulatory and professional training;-
3. Responsible for organizing, coordinating, guiding, implementing, and managing research and development projects, as well as approving technical plans/reports for traditional Chinese medicine; Tackling the technical difficulties in pharmaceutical research of traditional Chinese medicine projects;
4. Responsible for reviewing materials at various stages of traditional Chinese medicine projects; Participate in the registration application and on-site verification of traditional Chinese medicine projects;
5. Assist in carrying out cooperation with subsidiaries, hospitals, universities, and other external projects;

Job requirements.
1. PhD, majoring in pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine, natural medicinal chemistry, and related fields, with over 10 years of experience in traditional Chinese medicine research and development in domestic and foreign enterprises;
2. Proficient in drug management regulations, drug registration management regulations, and regulations related to natural medicines;
3. Understand the trends and directions of the animal medicine and traditional Chinese medicine research and development industry, and be able to develop development strategies that are in line with the characteristics of the enterprise based on the current situation of the industry;
4. Having excellent organizational and coordination skills, project control abilities, good communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility;
5. Strong ability to analyze and solve problems, capable of independently undertaking the development of traditional Chinese medicine projects, able to quickly grasp the key points of problems and provide effective technology, guide technical personnel to discover and solve technical problems, and effectively promote project development;
