Job description ：
Job content.
1. Responsible for formulating the company’s technology development strategy and driving the direction and path of technology research and development based on business needs.
2. Establish a standardized technical team responsible for the organizational structure, recruitment, training, and evaluation of the technical team.
3. Track and analyze market and industry technological developments, timely discover and apply new technologies and tools to improve research and development efficiency.
4. Participate in the development and promotion of the company’s product technology architecture and design, and provide technical support and guidance for product development.
5. Responsible for project management of the technical team, ensuring timely delivery and controllable quality of the project.
6. Actively participate in the company’s strategic decision-making and collaborate with other teams to promote the overall development of the company.
Job requirements.
1. Master’s degree or above, with priority given to STEM majors such as Optical Engineering, Measurement and Control Instruments, and Materials Engineering.
2. Work experience of more than 5 years, including at least 2 years as a technical team leader or technical director, with experience in team building and management.
3. Proficient in optical simulation, emulation and other design software, familiar with semiconductor laser manufacturing processes.
4. Possess self-management and organizational skills, as well as team coordination and communication abilities.
5. Have successful product development experience, able to drive project progress at a fast pace and match business goals.
7. Efficient problem-solving and logical thinking skills, able to actively propose creative technical solutions.
