Job description.
1. Responsible for the research and development direction and ideas of the company’s adhesive products, and planning the company’s product development plan;
2. With the aim of incubating the new industry of adhesive materials, we will build, cultivate, and manage our technical team, improve management systems, coordinate and assign work, and be responsible for cultivating future R&D personnel;
3. Based on the research needs of high-end market applications in adhesive materials, carry out targeted project approval research;
4. Organize the collection of relevant industry technology information, competitor information, national technology policies, etc., analyze technology development trends, regularly and accurately provide relevant technology information to the general manager and relevant departments, and provide information support for major company decisions;
5. Conduct feasibility assessment on the development requirements proposed by customers to ensure the smooth development of product business;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job requirements.
1. Materials and chemical engineering majors are preferred;
2. Strong interest in the research and development of adhesive materials, with rich experience in adhesive material research and development;
3. Having a certain level of organizational, management, and coordination skills, as well as a strong sense of career and innovation spirit;
4. Salary negotiable.
