Job description ：
1. Conduct market research and analyze market demand;
2. Conduct product management, clarify product definitions, and develop product development plans;
3. Responsible for the selection, planning, project initiation, planning, and development processes of new products;
4. Track the use of company products in bulk or small batches, regularly review products, summarize problems in product design, and develop improvement plans;
5. Provide analysis, evaluation, advisory reports or solutions for key projects or products when necessary;
6. Execute temporary tasks assigned by leaders;
Qualifications for the position.
Education. PhD or above
Major. Polymer Materials, Chemical Engineering, Textile and other related majors
Specializes in.
1. Adhesive synthesis and modification;
2. Research on non-woven textile technology and textile fabric treatment technology
3. Synthesis and modification of medical polymers and related materials
