1. Responsible for the development of new products;
2. Responsible for performance improvement, testing, and evaluation of new/old products.
3. Develop similar or identical products in the market based on industry conditions and product characteristics, and demonstrate the feasibility of product research and development.
4. Understand the industry and customer needs, conduct research and development of new products with market potential and customer demands, and demonstrate the feasibility of product research and development.
5. Leading a team
Job requirements.
More than 1.3 years of relevant work experience;
2. Doctoral degree, major in polymer materials, organic chemistry, chemical engineering;
3. Those with product development experience, with a master’s degree preferred.
