Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for the research and development of multifunctional co extruded films such as new energy films, new display polymer films, and functional modified polymer materials;
2. Responsible for conducting research and development on raw materials, technology, market, equipment, and other aspects related to the project, completing the company’s required research and development tasks, and reporting the team’s research and development progress on time;
3. Responsible for providing professional knowledge and experimental operation training to R&D team members; Analyze the problems encountered during the R&D process and provide feasible guidance;
4. Responsible for the preparation and revision of technical documents related to project patents, project applications, etc; Responsible for organizing project process data, database updates, document templates, project phase summaries, papers, and other materials in accordance with R&D management standards;
5. Responsible for the design and development of new products, as well as the preparation and review of relevant technical materials, providing technical support for product mass production.
Job requirements.
1. PhD, with over 6 years of research and development experience in polymer films, functional raw materials, and related fields. Candidates with independent development and project management capabilities are preferred;
2. Having certain project management experience, successful large-scale project experience, and 6 Sigma or Lean management learning experience is preferred;
3. You can bring your own project.
