Job reporting target. Chairman/BOSS CTO
Job positioning. Participate in important company decisions and major project negotiations, responsible for team management, and lead the company’s technology research and development team to innovate and break through.

1. Responsible for team management, resource allocation, cascade construction, and overall skill enhancement in the company’s technology research and development center, building an efficient and competitive team atmosphere;
2. Participate in company decision-making, executive meetings, major project negotiations, and be responsible for evaluating, screening, and collaborating with partners and suppliers;
3. Responsible for strictly controlling the technical selection (guidance), project initiation, risk assessment, delivery and other processes of the project, coordinating and coordinating personnel from various departments and positions to promote and implement the project;
4. Responsible for controlling the overall R&D personnel and project planning, progress, risks, quality, cost, changes, etc., to ensure the smooth completion of each project.

1. PhD graduates from universities, majoring in materials/chemistry/electronics/mechanics or other STEM fields;
