Job Responsibilities.
1. Lead research and development teams in the fields of AI and synthetic biology to develop innovative drug development strategies.
2. Utilize artificial intelligence technology to optimize drug discovery and development processes, and improve research and development efficiency.
3. Design and implement synthetic biology experiments to promote the discovery and optimization of new compounds.
4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects.
5. Monitor industry trends, maintain keen insight into cutting-edge technologies, and promote technology transformation.
6. Write research reports and patent applications, participate in academic exchanges and collaborations.
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree in synthetic biology, chemistry, pharmacy or related fields, with rich research and development experience.
2. Familiar with the application of AI in drug development, with a background in synthetic biology preferred.
3. Excellent leadership skills and team spirit, good communication skills.
4. Able to independently design and execute experiments, preferably with project management experience.
