Job Responsibilities
1、 Sorting out the scientific logical framework
1. Conduct in-depth research on various products of the group, analyze their technical principles, composition, and mechanisms of action, and sort out a clear, accurate, and complete scientific logical framework;
2. Track cutting-edge scientific research achievements and technological development trends in the industry, timely integrate relevant information into the optimization and updating of product scientific logical frameworks, and ensure their scientific and forward-looking nature.
2、 Product System Design
Based on a deep understanding of the scientific logic of the product, combined with market demand, competitive situation, and company strategic goals, design an innovative and competitive overall product system;
2. Develop a product planning roadmap, clarify the research and development direction, functional characteristics, launch time, and other key nodes of each stage of the product, to ensure the orderly promotion and sustainable development of the product system.
3、 Scientific endorsement
1. Collect, organize, and analyze scientific data and research reports related to the product, providing solid theoretical basis and empirical support for the scientificity of the product;
2. Work closely with departments such as R&D and marketing, participate in key stages of product development, and ensure that products meet scientific standards and quality standards from design to production;
3. Communicate and exchange ideas with research institutions, experts and scholars on behalf of the company, collaborate on scientific research projects or academic research, enhance the recognition and authority of the company’s products in the scientific community, and further endorse the scientific nature of the products.
Qualifications for the position
1. Master’s degree or above (PhD preferred), major in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy or related fields;
2. More than 5 years of work experience in scientific research, product development, etc. in research institutions, enterprise R&D departments, or related fields, with successful product R&D or scientific system construction project experience preferred;
3. Possess excellent logical thinking ability and system analysis ability, able to quickly understand and grasp complex scientific problems, and transform them into clear product scientific logic and system architecture;
4. Good communication and coordination skills, as well as teamwork spirit, able to collaborate efficiently with cross departmental teams and promote the construction and implementation of product science systems;
5. Strong written expression and report writing skills, able to write high-quality scientific research reports, technical documents, and product manuals.
6. Have a strong curiosity and keen insight into new technologies and products, pay attention to industry development trends, and be able to timely grasp market demand and scientific and technological development trends, providing scientific ideas and directions for product innovation.
