Job content.
Our product process development engineers will be responsible for developing and optimizing our product processes to ensure product quality, safety, and reliability. This position will involve the following job responsibilities.
-Research and analyze existing product processes, propose optimization suggestions, and verify their effectiveness;
-Write product process development documents, including process flow diagrams, work instructions, etc;
-Collaborate with engineers and process engineers on the production line to ensure the implementation of new processes and optimization suggestions;
-Participate in project design review and discussion, and provide process technology support;
-Assist the project manager in completing the project plan and be responsible for completing assigned tasks on time.
Main responsibilities.
-PhD degree, major in Materials Science and Engineering, Materials Processing Engineering, or related fields (with a focus on metal material heat treatment);
-Having experience in product process research and development, with a solid theoretical knowledge background and practical experience;
-Familiar with the steel pipe process industry, familiar with relevant production processes and procedures;
-Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively communicate with engineers and process engineers on the production line;
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to independently carry out process research and development work;
-Have good English reading and writing skills, able to read and write relevant technical documents.
Job requirements.
-Having a doctoral degree and extensive research experience in the field of process development;
-Unrestricted work experience, those with relevant work experience will be given priority consideration;
-Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, maintaining good communication with superiors, subordinates, internal and external clients, and partners;
-Good English reading and writing skills, CET-6, able to read and write relevant technical documents.
