Job description ：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Product requirement analysis and project proposal. Collect user feedback and market research, analyze industry trends, and write product proposal materials and requirement documents.
2. Product design and planning. Develop product functional design and user experience design, plan product roadmap and version iteration.
3. Cross departmental collaboration. Collaborate with departments such as R&D, testing, marketing, and sales to organize product training and support promotion.
4. Product testing and quality control. Develop testing plans, supervise testing work, collect feedback, and promote product improvement.
5. User experience optimization. Focus on user experience, collect feedback, continuously optimize interface and interaction design, and improve satisfaction.
6. Market promotion and support. Develop market promotion strategies, write product promotional materials for market promotion, and support the market and sales teams.
Ability requirements.
1. Educational background and work experience. Doctoral degree or above in computer science, information technology, electronic engineering or related majors, with priority given to those with experience in cloud computing or virtualization product research.
2. Communication and expression. Possess good oral and written communication skills, able to clearly convey product requirements and plans, skilled in demonstration and explanation.
3. Teamwork and leadership. Possess excellent teamwork skills and certain leadership abilities, able to lead the team to complete product development and promotion tasks.
4. Innovation and problem-solving. Possess innovative thinking, able to propose competitive product ideas and solutions, quickly locate and solve problems.
5. Market sensitivity. Possess market awareness and industry insight, understand business models and key performance indicators, develop product strategies and market promotion.
6. Certificate and Priority Conditions. Candidates with the NPDP International Project Manager Certificate are given priority.
