Job description ：
Job content.
1. Based on industry development trends, develop a basic research plan for wind turbine design to provide theoretical support for leading wind turbine technology;
2. Based on the company’s product needs, identify internal and external research requirements, and organize personnel to research and develop products;
3. Lead the research team to tackle technical issues and necessary external technical cooperation, and complete product technology development research work;
4. Lead and organize the transformation of research results into patents, and promote the application of products both internally and externally;
5. Complete the daily R&D work arranged by the leadership and lead the resolution of simulation requirements and tasks proposed by related departments and customers of the company.
Job requirements.
1. Graduated from relevant majors such as Fluid Machinery/Fluid Mechanics/Aeroacoustics/Engineering Thermophysics, with a doctoral degree;
2. Solid theoretical knowledge in fluid mechanics and fluid mechanics, with a certain foundation in aerodynamic acoustics theory;
3. Familiar with the design methods of turbomachinery;
4. Familiar with the analysis and improvement methods of internal flow fields in turbomachinery;
5. Familiar with fluid machinery related design, numerical simulation tools, and experimental measurement methods, such as proficient use of professional design software such as CAD, Creo, Fluent, etc;
6. Having good communication skills, strong comprehension ability, clear expression ability, high work enthusiasm, and a strong sense of responsibility.
