Job description.
1. Responsible for researching the deep mechanism of welding and assisting the team in overcoming welding difficulties in the industry;
2. Responsible for expanding new welding technology applications and maintaining industry competitive advantages;
3. Responsible for the design and planning of welding schemes, as well as the development and co creation of advanced welding equipment.
Job requirements.
1. During my graduate studies, I researched welding related topics and published papers as the first author in journals at or above the second district level;
2. Having active thinking, the ability to break through conventional ways of thinking, strong hands-on ability, learning ability, and team communication and collaboration skills;
3. Clear logic and good communication.
