Job description.
1. Responsible for researching and designing solutions for the formation and aging mechanisms of battery cells in different systems;
2. Responsible for the mechanism analysis and development of detection methods for self discharge behavior of battery cells;
3. Responsible for analyzing and improving abnormal battery cell interfaces;
Job requirements.
1. Professional background in electrochemistry/physical chemistry/fluid mechanics/applied mathematics, etc.;
2. Have theoretical knowledge of electrochemistry related to lithium batteries, sodium batteries, solid-state batteries, etc.;
3. Positive and proactive in work, with active thinking, strong hands-on ability, learning ability, and team communication and collaboration skills.
