Job description.
1. Responsible for exploring cutting-edge technologies in the optoelectronic industry and providing technical development suggestions based on the company’s future market;
2. Lead the planning, establishment, team building, and project management of some key new product projects or major technological research projects in the research and development department of the company;
3. Lead the resolution of major technical problems encountered in the development of new products or research projects in the assigned field, and provide guidance;
4. Lead the planning and management of standards, patents, papers, and other achievements in the field of responsibility;
5. Expand and maintain technological resources in the field of responsibility, participate in or host industry technology exchange meetings.
Job requirements.
1. Education. Doctoral degree, major in electronics, optics, mechanics, software, computer science, materials science, communication and other related fields;
2. More than 3 years of experience in the development of optoelectronic/lighting/smart home/new optoelectronic materials related products
3. Have a keen insight into the development of new technologies and the ability to introduce, absorb, and recreate new technologies;
4. Master project and product planning, user needs analysis and research skills;
5. Strong communication and coordination skills, problem-solving ability, organizational ability, execution ability, and professional writing ability.
