Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree, major in Power Electronics/Power Transmission/Electrical Engineering/Automation or related fields;
2. More than 2 years of work experience;
3. Possess a sense of teamwork, good communication and coordination skills;
4. Familiar with the research and development process of power electronic products, with rich experience in circuit analysis, design, and debugging;
5. Familiar with various topologies and controls of AC/DC, DC/DC, and DC/AC converters;
6. Familiar with the principles and related application technologies of power electronic devices, familiar with analog and digital control technologies;
7. Proficient in using power electronics simulation software and hardware design software, such as Matlab, Mathcad, Plecs, Pspice, Cadence/Aluminum, etc.
Job Responsibilities.
1. As a technical backbone, participate in the planning of power electronics development strategies and the formulation of technical routes;
2. Lead/participate in the preliminary research and technological productization work of the power electronics technology platform, combine with the group’s industrial layout planning in the fields of energy storage, healthcare, home appliances, and robotics, and coordinate with relevant business units to meet demand, jointly initiate projects, and effectively implement them;
3. Based on customer needs, lead the design, construction, and debugging of the power electronics hardware platform;
4. Explore cutting-edge technologies in the field of power electronics and vigorously promote the industrialization of new technologies.
