Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for selecting technical routes, designing and optimizing detection systems for rare gene mutations, fusion genes, immunohistochemistry, etc;
2. Responsible for leading the technical testing of clinical specimens by members of the project development team and accurately analyzing the results;
3. Responsible for establishing a validation and testing system for new testing projects, technologies, and platforms;
4. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree in pathology, medical laboratory, medical genetics, biochemical immunology, or biology related majors;
2. Experience in immunohistochemistry research or human pathology research is preferred;
3. Having rich operational experience, strong hands-on ability, analytical and problem-solving skills are preferred;
4. Strong research spirit, strong sense of responsibility, meticulous patience, good at communication and teamwork.
5. Having good professional ethics and dedication, a strong sense of career, and willing to work together with the company for long-term development.
