5、 Application process

(4) Draft research proposal for the selected topic (submit the research proposal according to the topic, and postdoctoral fellows can also draft their own topics, with the requirement to draft topics that are as close to the research direction of the site as possible);

6、 Postdoctoral treatment

(1) During the postdoctoral period, the living allowance standard for postdoctoral fellows is 180000 yuan per person per year (360000 yuan for two years);
(2) During the station period, those who meet the Shenzhen Talent Housing Measures can apply for Shenzhen Talent Housing Subsidies.
(3) Postdoctoral researchers who engage in scientific research work in Shenzhen and have signed a labor (employment) contract with Shenzhen enterprises and institutions for more than 3 years after leaving the station will receive a research funding of 300000 yuan.
2. Enterprise salary and insurance. Provide additional competitive salary benefits and welfare benefits such as social insurance and housing provident fund for postdoctoral personnel in the station, to be discussed in person.
3. Residency. According to the household registration policy for postdoctoral fellows in Shenzhen, the postdoctoral fellows themselves can settle in Shenzhen.
