Job Description.
A postdoctoral fellow in the field of instrument science and technology, responsible for research projects in related fields and the development of spectroscopic instruments.
Job requirements.
1. Individuals who have obtained a doctoral degree domestically or internationally for no more than 3 years or are about to obtain a doctoral degree;
2. Background of studying instrument science and technology related majors such as analytical chemistry, precision instruments, optics, physics, measurement and control.
3. Experience in the development of spectral instruments or related analytical instruments is preferred.
4. Excellent academic performance, good physical health, and possessing excellent scientific research qualities.
Job Responsibilities.
1. Research on relevant field standards and regulations, and translate them into laboratory related services;
2. Undertake research projects in related fields;
3. Undertake research and development work on spectral analysis instruments, evaluate innovative cutting-edge technologies, conduct principle research, and develop and optimize spectral related software and algorithms;
4. Identify with the company’s corporate culture, have a strong sense of responsibility, have a global perspective and teamwork spirit, possess systematic and cross-border thinking, and have good communication skills.
