Job description ：
[Job Responsibilities]
Undertake project research and management work, lead project members to carry out scientific research and industrialization of polymer functional materials such as polyolefin/EVA/POE/acrylic acid.
[Job Requirements]
1. Materials major is preferred, with a focus on polymer materials, polymer chemistry and physics, and polymer materials science and engineering. Research experience in modifying and synthesizing polymer functional materials such as polyolefins/EVA/POE/acrylic acid is preferred;
2. Strong literature reading ability, good at summarizing, with strong market sensitivity and information capture and analysis ability;
3. Strong planning and innovation abilities, with good logical thinking and strong resilience, possessing certain management skills, and able to quickly grasp new things.
【 Note 】 The postdoctoral researcher position has a limited number of graduates and will continue to work as a research and development project manager in the company after leaving the station.
