Job requirements.
1. Study the digital transformation trend of office buildings during their usage phase, sort out the reference architecture for building digital transformation, identify the application changes brought by digitalization to various spaces in the building, and based on this, propose the core competencies that the company needs to build, including but not limited to products, solutions, and technologies;
2. Participate in technical pre research, core product and key technology planning and layout to assist the company’s core business segments;
3. By participating in the planning of the company’s core products and key technologies, drive the direction of the company’s industrial investment and mergers and acquisitions work;
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree in Building Environment and Equipment Engineering, Electrical Automation, Automatic Control, or Computer Applications, with English proficiency level 6 or above;
2. Having worked on relevant system projects during graduate or doctoral studies, experience in the Internet of Things or building intelligence industry is preferred. Excellent fresh graduates are also acceptable;
3. Has a rigorous and responsible research spirit, willing to work overtime according to project progress, strives for excellence in work, is patient and meticulous, and has strong report writing skills;
4. Having good professional ethics, dedication, and teamwork spirit, as well as excellent learning and communication skills;
PS. The published salary is within the basic monthly salary range, and there is also a living allowance of 120000 yuan per year and others provided by the Shenzhen Bo Management Office.
