Job Responsibilities.
Topic 1. Protein Structure Analysis and Mutant Discovery
Research content. Study the essence of protein batch differences or molecular differences, characterize molecular structures, and guide upstream process development based on this; Establish molecular docking methods for protein to protein and protein to nucleic acid, screen natural proteins that meet the conditions, and design mutants with better performance.
Topic 2. Structural design and process development of high-throughput micro nano sequencing chips
Research content. Design the micro nano structure of sequencing units based on surface interface theory and determine the photolithography process; Design the lowest cost packaging (such as TSV) and flip chip soldering process with the aim of achieving low noise, anti-interference, and high stability; Perform chip iteration during the testing process.
Topic 3. Design of Fluid Devices and Study of Material Surface Properties
Research content. Microfluidic fixtures designed and matched with chips based on fluid mechanics; Study the relationship between surface properties and film-forming performance of microchannels in chips and fixtures, and complete the development of surface modification processes.
Qualifications for the position.
1. Willing to promote the development of human health and adept at integrating effective resources from multiple sources;
2. PhD graduation period from June 23 to August 24;
3. Possess solid professional knowledge, independently design experimental plans and promote research implementation;
4. Possess strong English writing skills, able to independently write English articles, and have experience in publishing high-level scientific research papers;
5. Possess the conditions to engage in postdoctoral research full-time at the post doctoral innovation practice base.
