Research direction.
1. Research and analysis of central air conditioning systems in buildings; Research and upgrade of building energy management system; Research on Building Intelligence and Automation Control;
2. Research and development of information systems in the field of big data.
Job description.
1. Participate in the technical evaluation and scheme design of comprehensive projects according to the business development needs of the division;
2. Conduct research and evaluation on new technologies, participate in technology development and guidance work;
3. Cooperate with the CEO’s office to apply for relevant projects, and be responsible for the specific research work and completion of the projects, as well as intellectual property application work.
Postdoctoral researchers’ remuneration.
Basic salary+performance/project bonus+national subsidy of 180000 yuan/year (for a total of two years).
During the station period, an additional living allowance of 180000 yuan per year is provided for a total of 2 years. Postdoctoral fellows who rely on enterprises to apply for public rental housing in Shenzhen can enjoy a pre tax housing subsidy of 4000 yuan per year for two years if they do not rely on enterprises to use public rental housing in Shenzhen.
13. Enterprises assist eligible postdoctoral fellows in applying for the “Guangdong Province Overseas Youth Postdoctoral Introduction Project”. Obtaining a doctoral degree from one of the top 200 universities in the world (excluding domestic universities, ranking based on the annual Times, USNews, QS, and Shanghai Jiao Tong University World University Rankings), engaging in postdoctoral research at a postdoctoral station in Guangdong Province, and promising to be a postdoctoral researcher for more than 2 years. Upon successful application, the provincial finance will provide each postdoctoral fellow with a living allowance of 600000 yuan (equivalent to the annual living allowance of 180000 yuan in Shenzhen, subject to Shenzhen regulations);
14. Postdoctoral fellows who choose to stay in Shenzhen to engage in scientific research work and have signed a labor (employment) contract with local enterprises and institutions for more than 3 years can apply for Shenzhen Postdoctoral Study in Shenzhen Research Funding. The Shenzhen Municipal Government provides a research funding of 100000 yuan per person per year for a total of 3 years (subject to the latest application requirements of Shenzhen).
15. For postdoctoral fellows who meet the relevant policy requirements of the latest “Shenzhen New Talent Rental and Living Subsidies”, after settling in Shenzhen, they can assist in applying for a one-time rental and living subsidy of 30000 yuan (tax-free, self online application) in Shenzhen.
16. According to their own eligibility, postdoctoral fellows who stay in or leave Shenzhen can apply for the “Shenzhen Peacock Plan C-class Talents” or “Shenzhen Reserve Talents” and enjoy a reward allowance of 1.6 million yuan (tax-free) for 5 years (subject to the latest relevant talent application requirements in Shenzhen).
