Tianjian Group Postdoctoral Workstation was established in December 1999 with the approval of the Ministry of Human Resources. It is one of the earliest enterprise postdoctoral workstations in the construction industry in China. Tianjian Postdoctoral Workstation adheres to the philosophy of “serving enterprises, putting people first, and attaching equal importance to performance and talent cultivation”. Since its establishment, it has had good cooperative relationships with well-known universities and research institutions in China. The company has a technology center and a civil engineering laboratory, which can provide support for the research work of engineering postdoctoral fellows.
In order to further enhance the company’s independent innovation capability and accelerate the introduction of high-level talents, Shenzhen Tianjian Group Enterprise Postdoctoral Workstation plans to recruit 2 postdoctoral fellows. The specific recruitment situation is as follows.
1、 Entry requirements.
1. Has obtained a doctoral degree;
2. Professional matching, with excellent academic performance ;
3. Having independent research ability and strong career ambition.
2、 Recruiting majors/numbers/research directions.
Safety and emergency management or safety intelligence direction
Number of recruits. 1 person
Main research content. Conduct research on enterprise safety management system to enhance and optimize the level of construction safety management in enterprises.
Postdoctoral research post in prefabricated buildings or geotechnical tunnels
Number of recruits. 1 person
Main research topic. Combining with the company’s engineering projects, conducting research and application of new technologies in the direction of prefabricated construction and tunnel construction.
3、 Application materials
Individuals interested in applying for postdoctoral positions in Tianjian Group enterprises are required to submit the following materials.
1. Copy of doctoral graduation certificate and doctoral degree certificate;
2. Copy of main achievements, academic papers, and award certificates;
4、 Postdoctoral benefits (excluding salary).
1. Enjoy various policy subsidies in Shenzhen.
a、 During the postdoctoral period, the living allowance standard for postdoctoral fellows is 180000 yuan per person per year (360000 yuan for two years).
b、 After leaving the station, postdoctoral fellows who engage in scientific research work in Shenzhen and have signed labor (employment) contracts with Shenzhen enterprises and institutions for more than 3 years will be given a scientific research funding of 300000 yuan, which will be paid in two installments, with 50% paid each time.
2. Enterprise salary and insurance. In accordance with the company’s salary system, employees are entitled to social insurance, housing provident fund, housing subsidies, and other welfare benefits.
