The Advanced Energy Storage Materials and Technology Research Group of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Qingdao Institute of Bioenergy and Process has long been committed to the research of capacitors, lithium-ion batteries and all solid state batteries. Researcher Wu Jianfei, the leader of the research group, obtained a PhD in Science from Tokyo Institute of Technology in 2000. After graduation, he worked as a senior technical leader at Japan Electronics and Samsung in South Korea. He is one of the founders of the development and production of lithium-ion capacitors, setting two world records for the specific energy capacity and discharge rate of commercial lithium-ion capacitors; After returning to China in 2015, he established an advanced energy storage materials and technology research group at Qingdao Energy Institute and was selected for the “Hundred Talents Program” of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The leader of the research group has over 20 years of experience in basic research and achievement transformation of new energy materials, with a deep understanding of the world’s cutting-edge scientific and technological needs in the future new energy industry, and a grasp of the global development prospects and layout of the new energy industry.
The research group is currently working closely with large state-owned enterprise groups to deepen the industrial layout of lithium-ion capacitors; At the same time, the research team has also made breakthrough progress in the study of sulfide all solid state lithium-ion batteries, and the all solid state soft pack batteries prepared have reached the international advanced level.

1、 Application requirements
1. Obtained a doctoral degree with research experience in materials, physics, chemistry, and other related fields;
2. Priority will be given to those with experience in the research and development of lithium battery related materials or the production of battery devices;
3. Strong English research paper reading and writing skills;
4. Passionate about scientific research work, strong interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility, good at teamwork.
5. Capable of independently engaging in scientific research work and publishing at least one high-level research paper.
2、 Job benefits
1. Monthly salary of 20000 yuan (pre tax), in addition to a postdoctoral living allowance of 8000 yuan/month in Qingdao. Based on background experience, work ability, and performance, more competitive performance-based salary can be provided, with payment of five social insurances and one housing fund, as well as meal allowance, travel allowance, and birthday allowance.
2. According to the Implementation Measures for the Excellent Postdoctoral Support Program of Qingdao Energy Institute, outstanding postdoctoral fellows are selected annually for special allowance support, with a first class of 600000 yuan per person, a second class of 400000 yuan per person, and a third class of 200000 yuan per person. The implementation period is two years, and monthly payments are made.
3. Postdoctoral fellows can apply for the “Special Research Assistant Program of the Chinese Academy of Sciences” according to the management regulations of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The project winner can receive a joint funding of 800000 yuan from both the institute and the research institute (600000 yuan from the institute and 200000 yuan from the research institute, with funding allocated over two years). In addition, you can apply for national and provincial postdoctoral talent programs, with a maximum salary of 800000 yuan per year.
4. According to the work performance during the postdoctoral period, priority can be given to hiring as a regular employee, and the performance during the postdoctoral period can be included in the evaluation and appointment of deputy senior positions.
5. All postdoctoral fellows who leave or work in Qingdao will receive a resettlement subsidy of 250000 yuan in two installments (in accordance with current policies in Qingdao).
6. You can apply to rent an independent postdoctoral apartment within the institution.
