Job description ：
1、 Introduction to the research group
Project leader: Zhao Yue
（1） Research direction:
1. Utilize multi omics technology to analyze and identify humanized drug targets (in multiple directions such as immunology, oncology, neurology, metabolism, etc.).
2. Construct and validate a novel humanized animal disease model.
3. Utilize humanized animal disease models to validate humanized targets and develop novel drugs.
（2） Introduction of the project leader:
Researcher Zhao Yue, researcher of Zhongke Zhongshan Institute of Pharmaceutical Innovation, project leader, doctoral supervisor (University of Chinese Academy of Sciences). It Has been selected into many talent projects, such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences’ overseas introduction of high-level talents, the Chinese Academy of Sciences’ specially appointed backbone, Shanghai’s leading talents (overseas), and the Pujiang Project of Shanghai Magnolia Talent Plan. In terms of basic research, 20 academic papers have been published, including 9 SCI papers published as first author/corresponding author (including first author, co first author, and corresponding author). Representative articles published in Gut (2018) and Blood (2018); 2017) Hepatology (co authored; 21) and other internationally authoritative journals. The current research group mainly utilizes multi omics collaboration to analyze novel pathogenic signaling pathways in clinical samples and elucidate their molecular mechanisms, discovering potential disease treatment targets and utilizing the unique humanized animal disease model platform of this project for target validation and drug development.
2、 Recruitment positions
4 postdoctoral fellows
（1） Job Responsibilities:
1. Independently choose research topics in the laboratory, design experiments and report work, and ultimately summarize and publish scientific research papers;
2. Attempt to independently apply for research projects and assist the research group in writing and applying for funding;
3. Assist the project leader in guiding students.
（2） Job requirements:
1. Doctoral degree, majoring in bioinformatics, biopharmaceuticals, cell biology, molecular biology, basic or clinical medicine, or related fields.postdoctoral graduates should not exceed 3 years. Those who are particularly outstanding may be disqualified.
2. Have published 1-2 influential academic papers as a first author, with good English reading and writing skills;
3. Candidates with a solid foundation in biochemistry, molecular, cellular, animal, and clinical experiments, as well as a background in immunology, oncology, and developmental biology research, will be given priority consideration;
4. Candidates with experience in bioinformatics are given priority consideration.
（3） Salary and benefits:
1. Salary aspect
During the postdoctoral period, the annual pre tax amount is 360000 to 42000 yuan (including salary and government subsidies).
2. Subsidies
According to current policies, postdoctoral fellows can apply for a living allowance of 200000 yuan per year (with a funding period of 2 years) while in the station. Postdoctoral fellows who work in Zhongshan City after leaving the station and are not over 45 years old are entitled to a living allowance of 200000 yuan and a housing subsidy; Those who are imported from overseas and work in our city after leaving the station can receive an additional living allowance of 100000 yuan. Introducing doctoral graduates from top 200 universities globally recognized by the industry to work as postdoctoral fellows in Guangdong, they are entitled to an annual living allowance of 300000 yuan (with a funding period of 2 years) upon entry, and a housing subsidy of 400000 yuan upon exit to work in Guangdong Province.
3. Project support
(1) Qualified candidates are eligible to apply for various projects under the National Postdoctoral Innovation Talent Support Program (with a two-year budget of 640000 yuan), the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, as well as national, provincial, and municipal science and technology projects and postdoctoral funding projects.
(2) Support participation in international and domestic conferences, and encourage application for various talent programs; Support subsequent applications to establish independent laboratories.
4. Development planning
After leaving the postdoctoral station, priority can be given to hiring as research personnel in the research group based on work ability and personal willingness; Support the competition for the positions of Youth Project Leader (Independent PI) and Associate Researcher.
