Job description ：
A： Senior Organic Synthesis Researcher
-Responsible for the organic synthesis research, development, and process optimization of drugs and related products (including but not limited to long-acting proteins/peptides, ADCs, ProTACs, mRNA vaccines, gene drugs, immunosuppressants, macromolecular micelles, modifying agents, excipients, intermediates, and active pharmaceutical ingredients for liposome applications);
-Responsible for organic synthesis research, development, and process optimization of medical new materials;
-Determine the suitable technical route for scaling up and production, and solve various problems in the scaling up and production process;
-Coordinate cooperation with other departments.
B： Senior Polymer Synthesis Researcher
-Responsible for the organic synthesis research, development, and process optimization of biopharmaceutical polymers (including but not limited to long-acting proteins/peptides, ADCs, ProTACs, mRNA vaccines, gene drugs, immunosuppressants, macromolecular micelles, and modifiers, excipients, and intermediates for liposome applications);
-Responsible for organic synthesis research, development, and process optimization of medical polymer new materials;
-Determine the suitable technical route for scaling up and production, and solve various problems in the scaling up and production process;
-Coordinate cooperation with other departments.
Recruitment requirements
1. Majoring in organic synthesis, organic drug synthesis, or polymer chemistry, with a doctoral degree obtained within 3 years, who have obtained a doctoral degree from domestic and foreign research institutions in recent years or are expected to graduate in 23;
2. Physically and mentally healthy, with strong professional dedication and teamwork ability, able to fulfill postdoctoral research work with diligence and responsibility;
3. Having the conditions to engage in postdoctoral research work full-time at this station;
4. Publish high-quality academic papers;

1. Annual salary of over 300000 yuan, paying five insurances and one fund according to national regulations, and providing sufficient scientific research platform resources guarantee;
2. Postdoctoral living allowance of 200000 yuan;
3. Postdoctoral fellows will receive a subsidy of 300000 yuan to settle down in Xiamen after leaving the station
