Job Responsibilities.
In order to enhance the overall technical strength of the company, maintain the competitiveness of the company’s products, and promote the development of the company’s postdoctoral workstation, we are now recruiting PhDs from home and abroad to work at the company’s postdoctoral workstation. Responsible for researching and breaking through technical difficulties in the industry, and promoting the industrial application of related technologies in the company.
1. My research focuses on the design, simulation, optimization, and application of structures and heat dissipation related to LED display screens;
2. Introduce new structural and heat dissipation design concepts to the company, promote the application of new manufacturing methods, new materials, etc. in the company’s products;
3. Based on customer needs, application scenarios, and product characteristics, develop technical goals and plans to reserve corresponding technologies for the company and enhance product competitiveness;
4. Flexible development into technical experts or technical managers can be achieved based on on-site work performance and personal career development plans.
Job requirements.
1. Obtained a doctoral degree both domestically and internationally within the past three years, with excellent professional skills. Majors related to mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, structural engineering, additive manufacturing, mechanical engineering, optical engineering, fluid mechanics, etc.;
2. Ability to independently conduct scientific research, solid research skills, honesty and trustworthiness, due diligence, and high professional standards;
3. Have good English reading and writing skills, team management abilities, communication and coordination skills, and possess a spirit of teamwork;
